Where can one exercise Nordic Walking?
Nordic Walking "works" EVERYWHERE, regardless of the season and nearly whatever the weather. Mainly to be performed on flat ground.
Some appropriate Nordic Walking poles (no hiking poles please!), comfortable clothes as well as trainers, the right technique and off we start!
